
My Story: Decades of Sales and Marketing Success!
I have been in SALES my entire career. From retail, I transitioned to Business to Business sales where I became the Top Salesman, for many years running. Then I was promoted to handle national accounts - and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Eventually, I became National Marketing Director, responsible for all marketing to retail consumers as well as the recruitment, training, and support of a Dealer network across the U.S. and Canada.

With this experience, I started my own company - which grew to over 50,000 repeat customers nationwide and a 30% market share in our professional niche. Far too early, I sold this company and "semi-retired" at age 50.

But with sales, marketing, and business management in my DNA I could not completely retire. I offered my expertise to a select group of companies with products and services that I used and admired. In the process, I was able to double sales and expand the customer base of my client companies - all while contributing as a freelance, independent contractor.

In these recent years, I have written hundreds of websites, blog posts, press releases, video descriptions as well as published thousands of product photos and videos, along with countless social media posts. In some cases, I have filled the role as webmaster and social media manager.

Except for the occasional "guest post", most of my contributions have been anonymous, as an unnamed "ghost writer". However, I have also published numerous "sponsored posts" on the GreatOutThere.online blog as well as Facebook groups and forums.

As a Marketing Consultant, my emphasis is focused on several KEY areas that most business owners simply neglect due to sheer overload.

Increasing the number of customers. MOST importantly, building an invaluable customer and inquiry database.

Increasing the average order size.

Increasing the order frequency.

Increasing customer loyalty - that is, customer retention and Lifetime Customer Value

Increasing customer referrals.
